Connect Tipsterland in Claude

In Claude, Tipsterland is added as a custom connector. You set it up once and it is available on claude.ai, in the desktop app and in the iPhone and Android apps.

Which Claude plan you need

According to Anthropic's official documentation, custom connectors are available on every Claude plan:

Add the connector (Free, Pro and Max)

Do it from claude.ai in your browser or from the desktop app.

   Open Customize → Connectors

   Or go straight to claude.ai/customize/connectors.

   Click “+” and choose “Add custom connector”

   Fill in the name and URL

   Name: Tipsterland. Server URL: https://api.tipsterland.com/mcp/tipster. Leave Advanced settings alone: no Client ID or secret is needed.

   Click “Add”

   The connector shows up in your list.

   Click “Connect”

   A Tipsterland window opens. If you're not signed in, sign in with your tipster account.

   Review the permissions and click “Allow”

   Tipsterland shows you which app is asking for access and what it will be able to do. Once you allow it, you're back in Claude with the connector connected.

If your Claude is a company plan (Team or Enterprise)

On these plans only the organization Owner can add custom connectors. Ask them to follow these steps:

   The Owner opens Organization settings → Connectors

   and clicks Add.

   Choose “Custom” → “Web” and paste the URL

   Then you connect it with your account

   In Customize → Connectors find Tipsterland (it has a “Custom” label), click Connect, sign in to Tipsterland and click Allow.

Turn it on in a conversation

Claude lets you choose which connectors to use in each conversation:

   Click the “+” button at the bottom left of the chat

   You can also type /.

   Open “Connectors”

   Switch Tipsterland on

Done. Ask for whatever you need. If Claude doesn't use Tipsterland on its own, mention it: “use Tipsterland to…”.

Claude may ask you to approve each tool the first time it uses it. Read it before accepting: it's what it is about to do on your behalf.

On mobile

The connector is added from the browser or the desktop app. Once connected, Anthropic says it will be available in the Claude apps for iPhone and Android the next time you sign in. On mobile you switch it on the same way: “+” button → Connectors.

Remove the connector

In Customize → Connectors, click the three dots next to Tipsterland and choose Remove. To cut access completely, also revoke it from Tipster Studio: see Security and privacy.
