Claude Code, Cursor and other clients

Besides Claude and ChatGPT, you can use Tipsterland from any app that supports MCP over HTTP: Claude Code, Cursor and others. There are two ways to identify yourself:

• Sign-in (OAuth): the app opens Tipsterland in your browser and you grant access, just like in Claude or ChatGPT. This is the recommended option when the app supports it.
• Personal token: a key you create in Tipster Studio and paste into the configuration. For apps that can't do the sign-in.

Create a personal token

   Open Tipster Studio → AI (MCP)

   At tipsterland.com/en/panel-premium?tab=mcp, AI (MCP) tab.

   Create a token and give it a name

   For example, Laptop Cursor. The name helps you recognise it later in your connections list.

   Copy it right away

   The token starts with tlu_ and is shown only once. If you lose it, revoke it and create another.

Claude Code

With sign-in (recommended): add the server and then, inside Claude Code, type /mcp to sign in to Tipsterland from your browser.

With a personal token, pass it in the Authorization header:

Add --scope user to have it in all your projects rather than just the current folder. Syntax per the official Claude Code documentation.

Cursor

Add Tipsterland to your mcp.json file: ~/.cursor/mcp.json makes it available in every project, .cursor/mcp.json in just one. Format per the official Cursor documentation.

${env:TIPSTERLAND_TOKEN} reads the token from an environment variable, so it isn't written in the file. If you prefer signing in, keep only the url (no headers): Cursor supports OAuth and will ask you to sign in.

Any other MCP client

• Transport: HTTP (Streamable HTTP).

• Authentication: OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration, or the header Authorization: Bearer tlu_… with your personal token.
