Limits and fair use
How many actions you can take per minute and per day with the Tipsterland MCP, what happens when you exceed them and what's not allowed.
The MCP is meant to help you manage your activity faster, not to automate mass posting. That's why it has per-minute and per-day limits, the same for every tipster. They're generous for normal use: even a very active tipster rarely gets close.

Limits are per tipster, not per app: if you use Claude and Cursor at the same time, they add up. You can check how much you've used today in Tipster Studio → AI (MCP), or by asking your assistant (“how much of today's limit do I have left?”).
What happens when you hit a limit
The action isn't carried out and your assistant gets a message saying which limit you hit and when it resets. The message is in Spanish, for example:
Has alcanzado el límite de crear picks (30 por día). Se renueva a las 00:00 (hora de Madrid).- Per-minute limits free up on their own as soon as the minute is over.
- Per-day limits reset at the time stated in the message, in Madrid time.
- Meanwhile, you can keep doing the same thing from the Tipsterland website or app, which don't have these limits.
No duplicates
If you try to create the same pick (same event and same selection) twice within 10 minutes, the second one is rejected. It stops an AI retry —or a repeated sentence— from posting the same thing twice to your followers.
Up to 5 connections
You can have at most 5 active connections at once, counting both apps connected by sign-in (Claude, ChatGPT…) and personal tokens. To add a sixth, revoke one first in Tipster Studio → AI (MCP).
What's not allowed
The MCP is just another way to use your account, so the Tipsterland terms apply, plus these rules:
- No automated spam: no posting messages, posts or picks in loops, repeatedly or without reviewing them.
- No reselling access: the connection is personal. You can't offer it to third parties, build a service on top of it or share your token.
- No fake picks: no picks with manipulated dates or results, no picks created after the result is known, no falsely set results to dress up your stats.
- No getting around the limits: using several accounts or connections to multiply the limits counts as abuse.
